Its investments are positioned across the capital stack, taking the form of direct equity, joint ventures with long-term partners, and senior/mezzanine loans. 1906 Group also provides development, property management, and asset management services for properties within its and its partners’ portfolios.

It is a proud investor in Clark Construction, one of the nation’s largest privately-owned construction services company, Atkinson Construction, a national heavy civil contractor, Shirley Contracting, a regional road and highway contractor, Edgemoor Development, a provider of infrastructure and real estate development services, and CRC Companies, a collection of real estate, construction, and asset management firms, as well as other entities.
